Refund policy

As this is a wholesale store, we do not ordinarily accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within five business days of delivery, quoting your order number and including clear photographs. We will assess the matter and arrange a replacement, credit or refund where appropriate.

Goods may not be returned without prior written approval and must be unused and in their original packaging.

This policy does not limit any rights available to you under applicable South African law.
